Bill O’Reilly: Fox News Ouster
« on: April 20, 2017, 11:33:49 AM »
Bill O’Reilly has blamed his ouster from Fox News on “completely unfounded claims” that have been levelled against him.

The embattled news anchor and longtime pillar of Fox News was dropped Wednesday by the network he helped build amid a steady stream of allegations that he engaged in sexual harassment and inappropriate behaviour toward women over the years.

I use to enjoy listening to him  Never knew he abused women like he did. Fox has paid out millions to cover him. From what I read, Bill O'Reilly and a open bank account with Fox, he's abuse women and Fox would pay out..

I think Bill's career has come to an end..

I always liked his show, hubby likes his books too.    I always thought O'Reilly was fairly fair and balanced more of a libertarian then a Republican.   Not surprised at him yelling at someone but the other stuff, no idea.   I suppose there's something to it but in many cases women are paid off rather than dragging in out in court and lawyers fees, from what I've read a lot of these women were out for the money and anonymity.    If he did do all that is claimed then he should be fired.

I do believe that these confidential agreements where dug up by the left in order to silence him, this is big loss for the right in the U.S.

Just seen this,

Bill O’Reilly will receive tens of millions of dollars in his high-profile exit from Fox News amid sexual harassment allegations, according to a report.

The longtime “The O’Reilly Factor” host, axed by the network on Wednesday after 21 years, had a sizeable safety net in his contract, CNN reported.

"It is a staggering amount," a source involved in the anchor’s departure told the news network.

CNN reported the 67-year-old O’Reilly’s recent contract extension was set to pay him $25 million a year.
